Production Line

Probtain established 10 automatic PP non woven, melt-blown and breathable PE film production lines, with annual output over 20,000 tons for SS, SSS, SMS, SSMS, SMMS, SSMMS non woven materials, and more than 4,000 tons of melt-blown fabric and about 3,000 tons of breathable PE film.

And set up over 50 production lines for medical and surgical mask, with a daily production capacity of 3 million pieces, and 26 production lines for KN95/N95/FFP2 masks, providing a daily capacity of 1.2 million pieces.

Probtain also built 4,000㎡ 100,000 grade clean room workshop for medical protective clothing and gowns, supplying about 20,000pcs/day.

Quality Control

  • Probtain established a professional laboratory, invested the equipment of EDX-LE spectrometer, gas chromatograph, BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) detector, synthetic blood splash testing machine, breathing resistance tester, hydrostatic testing and many other test instruments, we are able to complete almost all of the test items for our non woven materials, melt-blown and medical products(masks, medical clothing and so on), the testing items including but not limit to BFE, PFE, EO residue, air tightness, respiratory resistance and so on.
